The neighbors of Carlos Casares commemorated the Day of the Road by calling for their road network: Massive mobilization and a letter to the authorities.

Every October 5th, Argentina commemorates Road Day, in recognition of the professionals involved in its planning, design, and construction. Unfortunately, in several municipalities of the productive interior, the date only reminds them that they are at the mercy of the unforeseeable, because, without a suitable road network, they no longer worry so much about production losses as they do about human losses, the result of that stark disconnection. That is why, this morning, dozens of neighbors and producers from Carlos Casares mobilized, a district visibly affected by the floods and which today has more than 110,000 hectares affected. Behind that number, there are family, productive, and personal stories that suffer the effects of the weather and, above all, of political inaction. That is why those who could reach the roundabout of Route 5, made a caravan to the Municipal Palace and delivered a letter there denouncing "state abandonment" and asking for an organized work plan.
