The Netherlands and Castilla-La Mancha collaborate on a project for low-yielding olive groves

The Netherlands and Castilla-La Mancha are working together on a project aimed at improving the comprehensive management of water and soil in low-yielding olive groves, whose practical phase will initially begin in the Campo de Montiel and Montes de Toledo regions, although it is open to more farmers who want to join. The Minister of Agriculture, Water and Rural Development, Francisco Martínez Arroyo, held a meeting this Wednesday with the Dutch ambassador to Spain, Jan Versteeg, to discuss this collaboration that began in April 2021 and which is now in its first phase.
