Argentina: The pecan nut has a mission to add China as a new market

The Argentine Chamber of Pecan Producers, after beginning negotiations in 2018 together with the cluster of this product, will receive this Wednesday, together with authorities from the Foreign Ministry, Senasa and the Secretary of Agriculture of the Nation, phytosanitary control technicians from China. The objective? That Argentine production gets the green light to export to that country. “Receiving this health mission is key to being able to open the Chinese market. We have come together as a sector to carry out all the steps and cover the expenses for this mission to reach Argentina”, said Pablo Barone, president of Cappecan.
