The pineapple flow in the Amur region of Russia comes from China

In the Amur region there is a significant increase in imports of Chinese pineapples - 9 times, as well as citrus fruits. Since the beginning of 2023, over 176 tons of pineapples have been delivered through the Kani-Kurgan checkpoint from China to the Amur region. For comparison, in 2022, 20 tons of Chinese pineapples were supplied to the region. All imported products, accompanied by phytosanitary certificates, are inspected by inspectors of the Rosselkhoznadzor Office for the Amur Region and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) for compliance with quality and quarantine requirements.
