Spain closed the year 2022 with an increase in potato exports and imports, in what seems like a game of comings and goings for a product, whose sector is beginning to think about a new reorganization of planting dates. The potato sector is a hallmark of our fruit and vegetable production. However, at a productive and commercial level, it continues to be a crop with many ups and downs, with a revaluation by the consumer that, although it has grown in recent years, does not quite reach the levels of other products, despite being essential in our gastronomic tradition.
