The value was the highest recorded in the year, while the lowest occurred in January, when the producer received R$ 6.76/kg. According to Deral, the data compared to the production costs estimated by Embrapa Swine and Poultry indicate that, in September, the price paid to the producer exceeded the cost by R$ 1.39/kg, representing the highest profitability of the year.
