The production of craft spirits was legalized in Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted a draft law that legalizes the work of producers of craft spirits and spirit distillates (No. 5762). This was reported by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy Danylo Hetmantsev in Telegram. "The purpose of the law is to bring the current legislation in the field of production and circulation of alcoholic beverages and distillates into compliance with the requirements of the EU legislation, as well as to soften the regulation in this area for small business entities," he noted.
