Turkey: The record for the last 10 years was broken by cow cheese and cream production

According to the information compiled from the data of the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), cow cheese production followed a fluctuating course in the first quarter of this year. 186 thousand 510 tons of cow's cheese was produced in 3 months, 61 thousand 309 tons in January, 59 thousand 834 tons in February and 65 thousand 367 tons in March.
