The Rice Processed Food Association holds a graduation ceremony for the next-generation executive academy.

The 'Member Company Next-Generation Executive Academy' operated by the Korea Rice Processing Food Association concluded its four-month schedule and held a graduation ceremony and a performance-sharing workshop. Targeting next-generation executives, the academy, which aims to strengthen leadership and management practical skills through systematic education and participatory workshops, was held from September 19 to December 13 over four months in areas such as Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Jeju. The program included expert-led theoretical education, team-based task execution, and participatory practical-centered programs such as performance-sharing workshops. The graduation ceremony and performance-sharing workshop held on December 12 at the Gloucester Hotel in Jeju marked the end of the journey as each team presented the corporate vision and improvement tasks derived from the educational course.
