The Association of Riverside Municipalities of the Entrepeñas and Buendía Reservoirs celebrates the Supreme Court Ruling 1321/2025, which dismisses the appeal of the Region of Murcia against Royal Decree 35/2023 and confirms the ecological flow regime of the Tagus Hydrological Plan. "The PP and Vox should stop using institutions and comply with the Supreme Court rulings that mandate the establishment of ecological flows in the Tagus River. And here the Spanish government has another reason, another endorsement, to not have to wait to immediately comply with the ecological flows," said the president of the Riverside Municipalities, Borja Castro.
