Rosselkhoznadzor, in accordance with the assigned powers, exercises control over the quality and safety of imported grain processing products, including products of flour and cereals production and malt Based on the results of the control and supervisory measures, 102 batches of grain processing products with a volume of 3.9 thousand tons were identified that do not meet the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 021/2011 "On food safety" and national standards, including: - 28 batches of malt from Germany, Belgium, Czech Republic, with an excess of mycotoxins and cadmium; - 6 consignments of rice cereals imported from Vietnam, India, which do not correspond in terms of "infestation / contamination by pests of grain stocks"; - 8 consignments of wheat flour (Italy, Finland and Great Britain), infected with the pathogen of "potato disease" bread; - 3 consignments of edible poppy, received from the Czech Republic, exceeding the maximum permissible level ...
