[Rural Advancement Administration National Institute of Agricultural Science held a tasting event last month 29th at the institute's cafeteria to promote the excellence of our potato variety 'Golden Ball'. At the event, various dishes such as potato grill, stir-fried potatoes, and steamed chicken using Golden Ball potatoes were showcased. Employees tasted the directly cooked menu to experience the taste and quality. The Golden Ball potato is characterized by its high yield even in heat waves and droughts, low browning, and yellow inside. Especially, it has a soft texture and excellent flavor, making it highly preferred by consumers. The Institute of Agricultural Science plans to expand the distribution and promote the consumption of the Golden Ball variety through this tasting event.
