Russia is considering sourcing veterinary vaccines from Brazil, Chile, and Argentina as European manufacturers are withdrawing from the Russian market. The Russian agricultural inspection agency, Rosselkhoznadzor, has been developing relationships with Latin American countries for years, as their products serve as an alternative to European goods. While Russia has reduced imports of soybeans and meat due to increased domestic production, it continues to focus on partnerships with South American countries such as Paraguay, which is the second-largest supplier of cattle meat to Russia.
