The Seed Association of Ukraine is conducting a nationwide survey of farmers

On the occasion of the 15th anniversary of its activities, the Seed Association of Ukraine (NAU) is launching an all-Ukrainian express survey of farmers, which will help to form an objective overview of the situation on the seed market. Over the past three years, in the conditions of a full-scale invasion, many issues have arisen that require transparent discussion among business farmers, leading agricultural companies and the state. Among them are the issues of falsification of seed material, the cost of sowing, the quality of Ukrainian-produced seeds, testing of new varieties and hybrids, and many others. The respondents' answers will be analyzed and compiled into a review that will help to investigate the real practices of farmers in choosing seeds (hybrids, brands, sources of purchase), the use of new products and innovations, as well as the problem of counterfeiting and costs in wartime.
