In the first half of the year, Russia has seen a significant increase in the production of starches, dextrins, and starch syrup, according to Zerno On-Line and Rosstat. The production of native starches rose by 15% to 161.5 thousand tons, modified starches increased by 42% to 32.1 thousand tons, starch syrup by 6% to 296.5 thousand tons, and dextrins by 3% to 4.0 thousand tons.
