The State Duma has passed in the third reading Law No. 1082652-8, which cancels the provisions on the creation of a separate digital system for processing applications for support in agriculture. Currently, these functions are already being performed by the GIIS "Electronic Budget," and the informing of applicants is carried out through the government services portal, which is why the provisions on the old system are proposed to be recognized as having lost their force. This initiative was introduced to parliament by the government in November 2025. The explanatory note indicates that the bill has been prepared to exclude from the legislative acts the provisions on the information system of digital services in the agricultural sector.
