The State Fund "Agriculture" approved over 45.6 million BGN for initial aid to livestock farmers in 2025 under the schemes for cattle, buffalo, sheep, and goats.

The Management Board of the State Fund "Agriculture" (MB of the SFA) approved 45,665,614 leva (23,348,816 euros) for Campaign 2025 in support of livestock farmers for the interventions for transitional national aid for cattle and/or buffalo not linked to production (TNAJ1) and for transitional national aid for ewes and nanny goats linked to production (TNAJ3). The two interventions will be the first payments that the SFA will approve for Campaign 2025, the agency announced. The total budget was determined based on the applications submitted for the two interventions this year. Up to 25,651,490 leva (13,115,600 euros) are the funds for cattle farmers and buffalo farmers. For the second intervention – for ewes and nanny goats, the budget is up to 20,014,124 leva (10,233,216 euros).
