Once a soldier of Uncle Ho, now on the production front doing business, Mr. Cao Dinh Tuan (48 years old, Long Hoa B neighborhood, Dao Thanh ward, Dong Thap province) still upholds the spirit of daring, diligence, creativity, and wholeheartedness for the community, just as Uncle taught.
