Spain: The Torta del Casar PDO has a turnover of almost seven million euros in 2020, 11.2% less than in 2019

The Regulatory Council of the Protected Designation of Origin Torta del Casar has certified a total of 292,093 kilograms of cheese last season, which means a decrease of almost 19% compared to the 2019 certification, and a turnover of more than 6 , 9 million euros, 11.2% less.
