The completion of the transfer of LIPTON Teas and Infusions' Pazar and Fındıklı facilities to Öz-Gür Çay Sanayi A.Ş. has been announced. The process related to the transfer of shares of Lipton Çay Üretim A.Ş., which includes the green tea processing facilities in Pazar and Fındıklı, from LIPTON Teas and Infusions to Öz-Gür Çay Sanayi A.Ş. was completed as of December 15, 2025.
