According to the Trade Defense Department (Ministry of Industry and Trade), the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) has received a petition to investigate anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duties (CVD) for hardwood plywood and decorative wood imported from China, Indonesia, and Vietnam. In this case, hardwood plywood and decorative wood from all three countries are proposed for both AD and CVD investigations. The plaintiff in the case is the U.S. Hardwood Plywood Fair Trade Association.
