The United States concentrated 45% of Peru's quinoa exports between January and May 2025

Between January and May of this year, Peru exported 4,234 tons of quinoa for US$ 11 million. During this period, the average price was US$ 2.48 per kilogram. In the first five months of 2025, the main destination for Peru's quinoa was the United States, which concentrated 45% of the total. Italy follows with 8%, Canada 7%, others 40%.
