The American President, Donald Trump, communicated that, starting August 1st, imports from the European Union will be subject to a customs tax of 30%.
The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, informed that the European Union will delay the application of retaliatory measures to these American taxes. The objective is to continue negotiations until August 1st.
