The EPA has completed the human health, ecological risk assessment, and biological evaluation under the Endangered Species Act (ESA). Under labeled usage conditions, epyrifenacil poses no human health risk; preliminary conclusions indicate that the proposed use scenarios "may affect and may affect" multiple listed species and designated critical habitats, but it is not expected to threaten or adversely modify any species or critical habitats.
