Russia: The volume of exports of products of the fat and oil industry from the Oryol region in 2021 amounted to $ 8.6 million

Let us recall that the regional project "Export of agricultural products", which is being implemented in the Oryol region within the framework of the national project "International cooperation and export", is aimed at increasing the volume of exports of agricultural products. According to preliminary estimates, for the 1st half of 2021, the export of agricultural products amounted to USD 57.8 million, which is higher the same period in 2020 by 33%. The volume of exports of fat and oil products, the main share of which is sunflower and rapeseed oil, increased by 43% and exceeded the volume of the first half of last year by USD 8.6 million. The volume of meat products of the agro-industrial complex increased 25 times and for 6 months of 2021 amounted to 1 million US dollars, despite the last year's figure - 0.04 million US dollars.
