The composition of the export council under the governor of the Voronezh region has changed — Viktor Logvinov, previously the deputy head of the regional government and the leader of the ER faction in the regional parliament in September, has been removed from the council. Additionally, the list has been expanded to include representatives from major regional holdings — "Efko," "EkoNiva," and "Agroeko." This follows from the published decree of the head of the region.
The updated composition includes the regional Minister of Agriculture, Valery Meleshenko, the head of investment lending at JSC "Managing Company Efko" Sergey Drozd, the chairman of the board of directors of LLC "Group of Companies Agroeko" Vladimir Maslov, and the regional director for the Voronezh region of LLC "EkoNivaAgro" Ramon Schenk. The position of Alexey Sapronov has also been updated, who is now the deputy head of the regional government, having previously served as the regional Minister of Agriculture.
