The city of Pichari, the economic and administrative capital of the Vraem and a favorite destination for adventure sports enthusiasts, will host the I International Fair of Excellence Cocoa Peru (FICACAO 2025) from December 10 to 13, where the star will be the VRAE-99 cocoa, which has just given rise to the best chocolate in the world in the recent International Chocolate Awards 2025, with the Peruvian brand Cacaosuyo. The president of the organizing committee of FICACAO Pichari 2025 and mayor of the district, Mg. Hernán Palacios Tinoco, reported that the event aims to position the VRAEM as a benchmark for excellence and fine aroma cocoa, the cradle of the VRAE-99 cocoa, highly valued in the production of fine chocolate.
