These are the most expensive agricultural products today in Metropolitan Lima, Peru

Of the 26 agricultural products that entered the Great Wholesale Market of Lima (GMML) this morning, 8 increased their prices slightly by up to S/ 0.17, according to data from the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation (Midagri). The product that increased its price the most is the single potato, whose wholesale price went from S/ 1.19 to S/ 1.28 per kilo, followed by the Andean black potato, which rose to S/ 1.14. The Peruvian potato also rose to S/ 2.05 and the macre squash to S/ 1.38, both increased 6.2%, compared to yesterday. Other products that are more expensive than yesterday are: purple sweet potato (S/ 0.95), green peas at S/ 3.45, Canarian green beans went from S/ 3.23 to S/ 3.35, katia tomato costs S/ 1.53. The huayro potato rose to S/ 1.60 while purple garlic costs S/ 10.50.
