The Regional Agrarian Directorate of Pasco, through the team of the Llamas Project, continues to provide permanent technical assistance to the producers of South American camelids in the provinces of Pasco and Daniel Alcides Carrión, through the development of mating campaigns, dosing, and training in animal health. Within the framework of these actions, the controlled mating campaign 2026 is being executed, which includes the verification of breeding males, the application of vitamin shots, the identification of offspring, among other activities aimed at improving the health and productivity of the livestock. These interventions aim to boost livestock development, optimize genetic quality, and contribute to improving the economy of the beneficiary producers.
