ASAJA-Cádiz has regretted the “inexplicable” and “unjustified” drop in the prices of goat milk sold by ranchers in the Sierra de Cádiz, for the majority production of cheeses, and which is also affecting producers in the province from Malaga. “As a general rule, the greater the supply, and if the demand does not increase, the prices fall.
