In the last 9 years, Spanish cucumber imports have shown a significant increase: while in 2015 Spain imported 4.96 thousand tons of cucumbers between January and September, by 2024 this quantity had more than doubled (12.38 thousand tons), and its total value had increased from 6.64 million in 2015 to 15.89 million euros in 2024.
