Total exports of tilapia during October 2021 reached 278,352 kg with a frequency of 17 shipments. Head of the Fish Quarantine Station for Quality Control and Safety of Fishery Products (SKIPM) Medan I, Muhammad Burlian, explained that one of the factors that led to the success of the export was the Hazard Analysis Critical Point (HACCP) certificate.
