São Paulo, 08/10/2025 - TIM announced a partnership with IHS Brasil for the construction and operation of telecommunications towers in the country. The agreement provides for the implementation of up to 3,000 units in the MAKE model, with an initial phase of 500 sites distributed across different regions.
The partnership is part of the Lease Efficiency Plan, an initiative aimed at optimizing infrastructure costs.
According to TIM, the towers can be used in both B2C and B2B operations, including Internet of Things (IoT) projects aimed at sectors such as agribusiness and highways.
"The know-how of IHS Brasil will contribute to accelerating the restructuring of the mobile coverage strategy, strengthening the corporate segment, and improving service quality, without materially impacting the investment plan (capex)," informed the operator through a market release.
