In September 2021, Indonesia's agricultural exports saw a significant increase of 15.04% from the previous month, reaching a value of US$ 390 million, as per the Central Statistics Agency. This growth was largely driven by a 3.87% increase in coffee exports, which accounted for 20.79% of the total agricultural sector exports. Other substantial contributions were made by medicinal plants, aromatics, and spices (19%), and annual fruits (9.97%). However, exports of bird nests and shrimp experienced significant declines of -42.88% and -90.35% respectively.
