Turkey: Traditional Antalya orange and bergamot jams have been registered

Antalya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ATSO) President Davut Çetin stated that Turunç Shell and Bergamot Shell Jams, one of the most well-known products of Antalya gastronomy culture, have been registered by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.
