The Faemg Senar System celebrates an important judicial victory in defense of Minas Gerais rural producers. The 4th Turma of the Federal Regional Court of the 6th Region (TRF6), by unanimous decision, upheld a ruling that annulled an infringement notice and fine applied by the Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy of Minas Gerais (CREA/MG) to a rural producer. The decision reinforces legal security in the field and represents another institutional success achieved by the Faemg Senar System in defending the interests of the Minas Gerais agribusiness sector.
