Turkey's Aegean region seafood exports are up 6% year on year

Sea bass worth US$445 million accounted for the leading share of aquatic product exports, followed by sea bream worth US$346 million, salmon worth US$149 million, trout worth US$60 million and other aquatic products at amount of 40 million US dollars. Italy ranked first in Turkish seafood imports with US$130 million, followed by the UK with US$128.6 million, Russia with US$127 million, the Netherlands with US$108 million and Greece with US$91 million.
