Turkey's first local and national mushroom varieties Yaprak77 and Soylu77 were registered Oyster and ear mushroom varieties Yaprak77 and Soylu77, whose registrations were obtained through the studies of YALOVA Yalova Atatürk Horticultural Central Research Institute, became Turkey's first local and national seed mycelium mushrooms. Success was achieved in the project, which was initiated 6 years ago in cooperation with the Research Institute and South Korea. Turkish scientists, who have reached hundreds of mushroom varieties in nature by going all over the country, obtained 2 new mushroom species by crossing method. Yaprak77 and Soylu77, whose registration procedures were completed, became Turkey's local and national seed mushroom varieties.
