Turkey is on track to achieve a record-breaking flour export volume of 4 million tons in 2024, surpassing its previous record of 3.66 million tons, as reported by Daily Sabah and the International Association IAOM. The country has witnessed a substantial increase in flour exports in the early months of the year, with a 22% rise in January and a 60% increase in February. This surge in exports has significantly contributed to Turkey's economy, generating $1.5 billion in revenue in 2023.
