(Agraria.pe) During the first semester of this year, Peru exported 352,661 kilos of turmeric for an FOB value of US $ 612,919. These figures reveal a significant decrease from the 580,549 kilos exported in the same period of 2019 for a value then of US $ 1,219,221. As revealed by the Agrodata Peru portal, the main destination of this Peruvian product in the first six months of 2020 was the Netherlands, where 54% of shipments were placed.
