Russia: Tyumen farmers harvested 40% of fields

Agricultural enterprises of the Tyumen region on the morning of September 5 harvested from 40% of the fields, the gross harvest amounted to 784.4 thousand tons with an average yield of 28 centners per hectare, reports "Tyumen agrarian". Spring grain crops are threshed on 230 out of 655.2 thousand hectares, or 35%, the gross harvest is 623.4 thousand tons with a yield of 27 centners per hectare. As for vegetables, potatoes are grown in 16 districts, 19% of 8,026 hectares of fields have been harvested, the gross harvest is 47.7 thousand tons, with a yield of 311 q/ha.
