Ukraine and four other countries appealed to the WTO regarding the program to support wheat production in India

The United States, Argentina, Australia, Canada and Ukraine submitted a counter notification to the World Trade Organization (WTO). It concerns India's domestic support program, commodity subsidies and market support for wheat and rice prices, World Grain writes. In accordance with its commitments to the WTO, India can provide subsidies in the amount of no more than 10% of the total value of crop production.
