For the first time in 2025, Ukraine will be granted a separate annual tariff quota for the export of 30 thousand tons of flour to the EU, which opens up opportunities for long-term planning for the Ukrainian flour milling business. This was stated by the director of the Association "Flour Millers of Ukraine" Rodion Rybchinsky during the conference "Conducting Agribusiness in Ukraine," reported by APK-Inform. "This decision opens up the possibility of long-term planning. Export-oriented enterprises have already invested about 17 million euros in modernization, and now they understand that these investments will have a future," emphasized R. Rybchinsky.
