Ukraine is setting new records in the export of frozen raspberries, shipping over 28,000 tons in the first quarter of the 2024-2025 season, marking a 36% increase from the previous year and a 45% rise from 2022. This achievement is made despite reports of a decrease in raspberry harvests, showing a resilient and growing presence in the global market. The main importers include the Czech Republic, Lithuania, Austria, Belgium, and Italy, with the U.S. and Canada recently starting to import Ukrainian raspberries. Traditionally, Poland has been a significant market, but its share is declining as Ukraine expands into other European markets like Germany and France.
