The Interagency Commission on International Trade has made a decision to support Ukrainian vegetable growers and, after a thorough investigation, found that imports of fresh cucumbers and tomatoes from Turkey were carried out at dumping prices. This was reported by the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, Vitaliy Koval. Final anti-dumping measures will be applied for five years by introducing a final anti-dumping duty at a rate of 20.1% to 26.9%. The complaint to the Interagency Commission on International Trade was filed by LLC Agroconcern, PJSC Zmiyiv Vegetable Factory, PJSC Teplichnyi Combine, LLC Krasnohrad Vegetable Factory, LLC Kremenchuk Vegetable Factory.
