Ukraine plans to introduce tax on sugary carbonated drinks

In many countries around the world, the so-called special tax on sugar has already been introduced. As a result, producers are reducing the sugar content of beverages, and consumers (especially children and adolescents) are beginning to prefer healthier products. This was announced by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Health of the Nation, Medical Care of Ukraine Mykhailo Radutsky on his page in the Telegram.
