Under the proposed measure, exports of the following commodities to the five EU member states will remain subject to licensing: The resolution also extends the licensing and quota regime for sugar exports to the EU at a volume of 100,000 tonnes. The quota will be distributed among sugar producers in proportion to their 2025 production volumes.
