Company Agrohub in partnership with Syngenta conducted a global study on the efficiency of agricultural production, comparing key indicators of resources, costs, yields, and profitability of five leading agricultural exporting countries: Ukraine, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, and Australia during the seasons of 2021-2023. The study covered 24 agricultural companies with a total area of over 3.5 million hectares in 26 agro-climatic regions. The data shows that producers in different countries face similar challenges, but under different conditions. Among the main problems are logistics, shortage of skilled labor, and climate change. Most of the study participants have fertile soils and favorable climates, but changes in temperature, amount, and distribution of precipitation are already noticeably affecting yields.
