Woongchon Agricultural Cooperative (with Chairman Song Sang-soo, pictured on the right) received the honor of winning the "Agricultural Cooperative Ethical Management Award" for the second half of 2025 at the December regular meeting held in the main auditorium of the National Federation of Agricultural Cooperatives headquarters on the 1st. The "Agricultural Cooperative Ethical Management Award" is an award established by the National Federation of Agricultural Cooperatives to spread ethical management and lay the foundation for ESG management. Beyond simple document review, it involves strict on-site inspections and evaluations by the review committee, and only seven leading offices are selected and awarded every half-year from across the nation's agricultural and livestock cooperatives. In this evaluation, Woongchon Agricultural Cooperative received high marks in all areas, including △ raising ethical awareness △ transparent business processing △ building trust with members and the local community, etc.
