U.S. pork exports totaled 254,085 metric tons (t) in November, down 7% from the same month last year, but still the third-highest volume of 2025. In value, exports amounted to $720.8 million, a decline of 8% compared to the previous year, also representing the third-highest result of 2025. In November, annual exports grew to Mexico, South Korea, and the Dominican Republic, as well as record exports to Guatemala, but these advances were offset by lower shipments to China, Japan, Canada, and Colombia. From January to November, pork exports totaled 2.68 million tons, a 3% drop from the record pace of 2024, while the value also declined 3%, to $7.65 billion.
